Welcome to Camp 101

We are a dream under development offering a unique experience for those with the true pioneer spirit.  We currently have a limited number of primitive camping spaces for those passing through on a budget and need a convenient layover.  Water is available and there is electricity for limited charging etc. We also have food service available on request.  We have several rent to own lots for those wanting to experience Tiny Home living.  Pets are by approval only. We are not currently equipped with children's amenities however you are welcome to stay with children in your own rented space.  Road and Pad building may be going on in other parts of the park during the day. Do you allow pets on the property?

We welcome well-behaved pets within your own unit or on a leash.  We will have Dog Park in Spring 2026. You must declare your pet at check in and must not allow barking to disturb other guests or neighbors.
